cant beat a good trial, and there has been a few :)- where as we are
more civilised today ? and cringe when we hear of the innocent found
guilty and the guilty set free, even today trials are very popular,
thankfully they have abolished hanging so those found guilty of a
crime wont be publicly paraded for your entertainment.
A few pages on famous trials (to be updated)
featuring some well known characters, some guilty of treason, some
just upsetting the king, some just speaking their mind. Perhaps we
should not pass judgment on them, as we were not there at the time
they committed a crime, and therefore not fully aware of the law at
the time, and understand the punishments to fit the crime in bygone
days. So far...
